OUR ORIGIN
The Origin Story of Living Water Ministries FLF
Full Circle. From the Oaks to the Nations.
Living Water Ministries FLF did not begin in a building.
It did not begin with a platform, a stage, or a strategic plan.
It began under the oaks.
In the quiet stretch of Alvord, Texas — across from the LBJ Federal Grasslands — sits Alvord Oaks RV Park. It was there, beneath wide Texas skies and the shade of faithful old trees, that a simple Sunday gathering took root. No spotlight. No sound system. Just open Bibles, open hearts, and the presence of the Holy Spirit.
What started as a small Sunday meeting soon became something more. Neighbors gathered. Children came. Families lingered. Food was shared. Prayers were lifted. Needs were seen — and met. What began as fellowship became a food ministry under the oaks. And what began as a meal became an altar.
There was no grand ambition — only obedience.
The Spirit stirred through the pages of Acts 8 — the Gospel going beyond comfort zones, beyond walls, beyond borders. The call was clear: go where He sends. Share what He gives. Raise up what He births.
From that humble RV park gathering, God began to build something no one could have manufactured. Disciples were formed. Leaders were refined. Homes became sanctuaries. Living rooms became pulpits. Kitchen tables became places of commissioning.
Five home churches were raised up.
Three pastors were sent out.
Texas became only the beginning.
What started under Texas oaks began crossing oceans. The same simple model — prayer, Word, table, obedience — began multiplying internationally.
Leaders were trained. Home churches were established. Indigenous pastors were equipped. What was once poured into a small RV park community now flows into other nations.
This is the heartbeat of Living Water Ministries FLF:
Not platform — but presence.
Not performance — but obedience.
Not buildings — but people.
Not programs — but disciples.
From the Oaks to the Nations.
And now, in a beautiful move of God, it has come full circle. The same Spirit who gathered a handful in Alvord continues to raise up leaders, strengthen home churches, and call ordinary people into extraordinary obedience. What was planted in humility has multiplied in faithfulness.
Living Water Ministries FLF is not a monument to what was built —
It is a testimony to what God builds when we simply say yes.

to the nations of the earth.
And we are still saying yes.
OUR HEARTBEAT
It is OUR HEARTBEAT to be a body linked in the arms of "Freedom Life and Fellowship". WE are called to be the body, the Bride of Christ, and edify, exhort, and care for one another as Christ loved the church.
As believers, we are called to BELIEVE, keep it FRESH, and be a daily DRINK OFFERING of LIVING WATER poured out for HIM. An Apostle Paul mentality to "Run the Race", to die in Christ, to be reborn anew in Kingdom.
"And let anyone drink who believes in me.” As Scripture has said, “Out of him (or them) will flow rivers of living water.”
